Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy that offers a confidential space to discuss problems and feelings. Paula is a trained counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She listens with empathy and supports you in understanding and managing negative thoughts, emotions, and unhelpful patterns.

 

Counselling can help you cope with stress, anxiety, and depression, work through personal or professional challenges, and better understand yourself and others. It provides a safe, supportive environment where you can explore difficult feelings and gain insight into your experiences.

 

Although discussing painful issues can sometimes feel challenging at first, with support, you can develop healthier ways of coping and begin to feel better over time.
