Treatment: Family Therapy
Families can be an important and powerful source of support. However, at times, when relationships become strained, communication breaks down, or a family member is experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties, the whole family can be affected.
Family therapy provides a safe, supportive and confidential space where family members can explore challenges together. Drawing on over 14 years’ experience in both the NHS and her private practice, Paula works sensitively with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships and help them navigate complex emotional situations with greater understanding and resilience. Every family’s circumstances are unique, and therapy is tailored to meet their individual needs.
Family therapy may help with:

Family conflict & communication difficulties
