And worked in psychological rehabilitation for people with brain injury at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disabilities and three years volunteering at the Samaritans.

Paula has also helped me manage my stress and anxiety, which were contributing to my symptoms. IBS no longer dictates my life, and I am a much happier and more relaxed person. I could not recommend her more.
